London is a great city, with so much to do that we’re always on the go. There’s the long working hours, the crazy commute, busy social life and squeezing in the gym, and that’s just for starters. We love it, but it means that most of us survive on convenience-foods and stimulants such as coffee, so our bodies are constantly on overdrive and wear down quickly. That’s why we’ve created the natural tonic bar where customers can easily boost their nutritional levels every day to keep up the pace and enjoy life to the full.

At the natural tonic bar, we bring you a range of fresh, natural juices and smoothies, loose teas and herbal infusions to help you enhance your daily nutritional intake, give you that extra boost when needed, address specific nutritional requirements and provide you with delicious, healthy drinks on-the-go.

Juices and smoothies must be freshly prepared otherwise they lose their nutritional value, so a fresh juice is always better than a pre-bottled one. But all Fresh juice bars are not the same. We produce everything strictly to order, nothing is pre-made and we don’t use concentrated or pasteurised juice mixers at all. We don’t add ice unless you specifically request it. We’ll add a small scoop of our low-fat pro-biotic frozen yoghurt to smoothies to add creaminess, but you’re welcome to request regular yoghurt, milk, soya milk or just pure fruit instead. Finally we’re the only juice bar to offer a range of cold-pressed juices, further affirming our focus on health and nutrition.

We extend this unwavering dedication to our infusions as well. We only use loose leaf teas, with whole herbs and spices, prepared in specially designed filter pots according to each blend’s optimal temperature and infusion time. This ensures that you get the maximum flavour and nutritional impact from each infusion.

We might sound a little obsessive, but since our entire goal is to provide natural, healthy drinks, we refuse to compromise. We promise quality - no exceptions.

At the natural tonic bar, we aim to be a socially responsible business. We use environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging and we’re working towards becoming carbon neutral. We try to use organic, local produce where possible and practical (speak to our staff for more details). All staff are considered partners and share in the profits of the business.

Finally we believe education is the foundation for self-sufficiency, so we contribute 10% of our profits to educational trusts for children in developing countries where many of our exotic fruits are sourced. Bit by bit, we want to contribute to a better world for everyone.
